Welcome to The Hen's Nest

I would like to introduce you to The Hen's Nest of Minneola, Florida. 

Wow, what a wonderful store! I stopped by today to visit with the owner, Lois Skipper.  She was preparing  her store for it's 15th Annual Holiday Open House, which is  this Saturday, November 5th, 2011. 

The open house starts at 10am. I can't wait... it should be a wonderful shopping experience.  So grab some friends and visit The Hen's Nest.  You won't be disappointed.  They are going to have lots of goodies and door prizes.   The
store is decorated  throughout with seasonal decor for the fall season
and for Christmas. 

The Hen's Nest also has over twenty five vendors selling everything from Antiques, to collectibles to one of a kind items.  Each vendor has donated an ornament to decorate an alpine Christmas tree.  The tree will be raffled off to a lucky customer at the Annual Holiday Open House this Saturday.

I just loved this next little Christmas tree. 
It's decorated with Cardinals which are my favorite.

What a fantastic selection of vintage ornaments.

Even a tree for the kitchen....with vintage kitchen utensils...so creative!
